Midi Health is on a mission to redesign care for women in midlife and we’re scaling fast. We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be a strategic thought partner across every department, helping bring structure, insights, and financial clarity to our rapidly growing business.

This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented analyst who thrives on turning data into insights and insights into impact. You’ll manage budgets, forecast performance, analyze revenue and cost drivers, and support decision-making across clinical operations, product, growth, and more.

Work directly with cross-functional leaders to shape strategy and spending
Build out scalable financial processes across FP&A, forecasting, and business analytics
Own analysis of key metrics like cost per visit, reimbursement trends, and patient claims
Help transition critical insights in-house (moving from outside consultants to internal analysis)

🌱 What you will need to succeed:

2-4 years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role
Strong Excel and modeling skills; experience with ERP/FP&A tools is a plus
A sharp analytical mindset, you ask the right questions and bring clarity to complexity
Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating with senior leaders
A bias for action and a love for building things from the ground up
Familiarity with healthcare metrics, reimbursement models, or claims data is a plus
