Job Description

Maven is looking for a Senior Associate to help build and execute our content strategies for our B2B and B2B2C audiences. 

You’ll work closely with our Growth Marketing, Member Growth Marketing, and Copy teams to execute on content strategies across several of our audiences (employers, brokers, and members). You’ll help to produce content including webinars, blog posts, emails, thought leadership content, and video. Reporting into the Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will help expand Maven’s content ecosystem to support our pipeline efforts and drive member enrollment.  

As the Senior Growth Marketing Associate at Maven, you will: 

  • Support the webinar strategy for our B2B and B2B2C audiences, including talking points and slide creation, speaker preparation, sales and client success enablement materials, hosting, and light event logistics management
  • Manage production and hosting of new B2B2C content, including sourcing new content, creating assets in Canva, updating existing content, and hosting content pieces in Highspot and Canva
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for content repurposing across channels (email, video, and account-based marketing) 
  • Contribute to Maven’s video strategy, including identifying appropriate themes and campaigns for video content, writing scripts and storyboards, and repurposing long-form video assets like webinars into short-form clips 
  • Support Maven’s SEO content program, including blog planning, freelance writer management, SME quote sourcing, and publishing on Webflow
  • Contribute to the B2B content & campaign strategies and lead the B2B2C strategy, including ideating relevant key themes, identifying supporting content assets, and planning content production in partnership with Copy Leads 
  • Monitor performance of content assets to help inform the B2B and B2B2C content strategies

We’re looking for you to bring:  

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, experience in both B2B and B2B2C content preferred 
  • A strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, and a creative approach to content 
  • Ability to write engaging, effective, on-brand, grammatically correct copy
  • Ability to work within an existing brand voice and carry it through consistently across various messaging channels. 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage several requests at once
  • Ability to accept and act on constructive feedback 
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Nice to have: 
  • Healthcare, agency, or high-growth startup experience
  • Canva (or similar platform) experience
  • Experience with AI-powered video editing software (like Capsule or similar)

For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.

This role is only open to candidates in the NYC metropolitan area and will require you to be in-office for 3 days each week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). While flexibility will always be core to Maven’s policies, we also believe in the power of in-person connection. Our hybrid work policy was created with both principles in mind.
