What You’ll Do:

• Conduct virtual consultations with members on pregnancy-related topics.
• Be the internal go-to expert on pregnancy for the Member Experience team.
• Audit and support the development of pregnancy care content.
• Help train and support our Member Care Experts.
• Maintain and update a pregnancy knowledge hub with global applicability, including multilingual resources, regionally adapted medical guidelines, and culturally sensitive educational content.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• You are a certified midwife or registered nurse with direct patient experience.
• You speak excellent English and communicate with warmth and clarity.
• You’re confident, kind, talkative, and make people feel at ease.
• You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• You have experience (or interest) in virtual care or digital health.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in video consultations or training others.
• Familiarity with global pregnancy practices.
• Content review or editorial experience in healthcare.
